Dissapearing Word

Hello, my ID is 192436227, here's the problem. Yesterday everything worked smoothly. I could insent citations etc. but today when I insert citations not only does Word turns off, but also removes some progress in the document. Can anyone tell me why?

"Not supported" does not mean "it doesn't work". It means "Zero guarantee: maybe it works, more probably it doesn't, and if it breaks you are on your own - we cannot help you".

If you cannot upgrade Word, I would suggest switching to LibreOffice. If you do, follow these instructions carefully https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/moving_documents_between_word_processors
