Upgrade Storagefile format isn't supported

It says the file format isn't supported even though I'm importing BibTeX. I've also tried importing references I already have in the library from the same file I used to import them before, but now it's giving me an error message for those as well. I'm using a MacBook.

dstillman Zotero TeamYou're running a version of Zotero from March 2024. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in over two years.
