plug-in for batch tag changes?

I had a plug-in whose name I can't remember and would like to re-install it if it's compatible with Zotero 9. It allowed batch changes to tags, among several other things. Does anyone know what this might be, or can anyone recommend a compatible plug-in that can do that?

That plug-in doesn't work with version 9, unfortunately.

@barrydrisc: Yes it does. (You can see on the releases page that it was made compatible with Zotero 9 in version 2.5.0 in early April.)
