WeChat Pay storage upgrade failed and page is stuck on QR code

Hi Zotero team,

I tried to upgrade my Zotero storage using WeChat Pay, but the payment likely did not go through because WeChat showed an error message.

However, the Zotero payment page is still stuck showing the same QR code, and I cannot start a new payment attempt.

Could you please help reset the payment page so I can try again?

    Generally this would just allow you to try the payment again so it could go through on the WeChat side.

    If the payment fails on the WeChat side in a way that we don't get notified, you can wait a few minutes and it will time out. Then you can start a new payment.
