I'd strongly encourage you not to change advanced settings if you don't know what you're doing.

You set your Zotero data directory to the root of your disk, which obviously is wrong and won't work.

Go to your Zotero profile folder, open prefs.js in Notepad, and delete the dataDir line. Zotero will then go back to using the default location.

because this reason I had unloaded the zotero,and i load it again in the D,i still cannot open it,then i try to move it into C,and still cannot open, i cannot find the profile folder

Sorry, we can't help beyond the above, which tells you exactly what you need to do. These settings are in Advanced for a reason. If you need further help, ask someone to follow the given steps and fix it for you.
