Author surname not inversed for MHRA bibliography

As the title says, when I create a bibliography for a set of sources, the author is written as 'Firstname Lastname', not 'Lastname, Firstname'. I know I can edit the code to fix this, but I don't know where to look in the code or what to do to fix it.

    The standard MHRA Note style does that correctly -- which exact style are you using and how exactly are you generating the bibliography? Also, please post a sample bibliography entry.
