unable to verify my email address

    You're clicking on email verification links for multiple emails that are on different Zotero accounts than the one you're logged in with.

    Note that having multiple Zotero accounts is a violation of our terms of service. You can delete the extra accounts from your security settings, after which you can add the email addresses to the account you're actually using.
