Upgrade StorageZotero tab not showing up in Word

I'm also having the same problem using Word with the Zotero tab not showing up. I don't have any security issues, I'm not running anything as administrator and have updated everything to the latest issue. The troubleshooting steps are asking for me to upen the cite tab in Zotero itself and updating the plugin through there, but this feature seems to have been removed in 9.0. When I open the plugin section in options there's nothing there.
