Error Message: Is Zotero Running?
The Zotero Connector was unable to communicate with the Zotero desktop application. Zotero must be open to use web-based citing.

You can download Zotero or troubleshoot the connection if necessary.

Both the connect and physical app are downloaded, but I am unable to cite anything in docs when clicking Zotero. Please help thank you!
