Window doesn’t appear for choosing citation format

When I tried to create a citation in word, the window doesnt appear anymore that give the formate (apa, etc) doesnt appear anymore, and I can only add a bibliography in the citation area, not the citation. Help, my assigment is due today!

    It’s not clear what you mean here. In a new document, if you click Add/Edit Citation, the Document Preferences window appears and you can select a citation style. If you want to change the style after that, you can just click the Document Preferences button.

    If you mean something else, you’ll need to say more.
