Word could not communicate with Zotero, extensions list empty, macOS 15.5

Zotero 9.0.3 (ARM64), macOS 15.5, Word 16.108.3. Getting "Word could not communicate with Zotero" error. Debug log shows extensions => completely empty. Tried: reinstalling Zotero, reinstalling Word add-in, tccutil reset, removing quarantine flag, manually copying Zotero.dotm. localhost:23119 responds. AppleScript communication between apps works. Plugins Manager is empty. Report ID: 46349638

Also that’s an outdated version of Sequoia. You should update.
