Institutional account storage - not automatically added with verified email address

Dear Zotero team,

I have added my institutional university email address to my Zotero account. This has been verified. However, the storage privileges that should be associated with this University email address have not been added to my account.

Please can you advise what to do?

    A university email address only qualifies you for unlimited storage if your institution has purchased a subscription. Yours has not.

    If you are supposed to be included on a Zotero Lab subscription, the manager for it would need to add your email address to the list of included users that they maintain.
