I'm very new to Zotero and have been added to a group library. I've synced to have this library on my Zotero app, but its only downloading around 1/3 of what is in the online library? This is also happening to one of my colleagues.

Between us we've tried resetting, deleting the app and redownloading, and it was also suggested to remove copilot from word, but neither of us actually have it on there.

Any help gratefully received as I'm trying to write a manuscript!
