Upgrade StorageDrag and drop item from My Library to Group Library

Something wrong is happening, because I can drag and drop an item from MY LIBRARY to any GROUP LIBRARY only one time after starting Zotero. If I try to drag and drop again, it will not work. So I have to start Zotero again to drag and drop a 2nd time. I noticed that this is happening also, for example, when I try to drag and drop an item to a tag. Zotero is installed in an regularly updated Debian Linux OS. Of course, no trouble to drag and drop in other app.

If you're having trouble dragging other items, provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.
