I have three citations which are not being picked up in the Bibliography.

If I try to add them manually they disappear from the Bibliography when another citation is added or it is refreshed.

I have also tried to add them via the add/edit bibliography but they don't appear that way either.

    The item may be manually omitted from the bibliography (in the Edit Bibliography dialog). You should revert all Bibliography changes in that dialog by pressing "Revert All", or alternatively remove the bibliography from your document, and reinsert it.
