Hello,

I bought a new MacBook Air M4, I downloaded the Zotero desktop app, and logged in using the same account as my previous computer, but Zotero is not able to access my files. I can see the citations in my library, but the actual file with my markup, comments, and highlighting is not available.

There is a little PDF icon next to each citation, but it is grey-ed out and I can't click on it. I thought that my old computer was automatically synching with Zotero, and my computer has synched today.

Please help me figure out how to access and link all the PDFs from my old computer to the new one.
