What version of Zotero are you using? Current version of BBT doesn't support Zotero 7. Also, please be sure to download the XPI file. (right-click then save as with Firefox).

Thanks for responding. I'm using 7.0.32. I have saved the .xpi file, but I don't understand "right-click then save". Thanks!

Save the "xpi" file in your computer... this is an option you have when right click on the file

BBT won't work with Zotero 7. You need to update first.
