Lost linking Zotero word Plugin ID:701787436

HELP

I'm finishing my thesis and for no apparent reason I'm now not able to cite anymore nor does it seems that the zotero word plugin is communicating with my zotero. Zotero experiences an error updating my document. I've followed all your support steps but was unable to solve the problem. I have a big Zotero library, please help ASAP. I can provide you my word document. Running Windows OS 10 lastest version, lastest Zotero version and Office / Word 365

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?

    Debug ID D1907295792 : Scenario when I try to refresh via Zotero Word Plugin
    I detected the problem when I wanted to add a new citation and after selecting the reference and proceed with insertion on word, the zotero word plugin stayed forever "stalled" .

    Sorry, there's a bug in Zotero that is triggered by:
    - Citing an item with type Audio Recording, Presentation or Video Recording in your document
    - Deleting it from your Zotero library
    - Attempting to further work in the document

    The immediate way to fix it is to remove the citations that contain that item, and reinsert them from your Zotero library. If you cannot find the item that is causing the issue in your document easily, following the last step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents is the fastest way.

    We will release a fix for this shortly.
