[Read Aloud] Shortcut to enable / disable the Read Aloud feature

The Read Aloud feature has nice keyboard shortcuts.
It would be nice also to have a shortcut to enable / disable it, like pressing the R key for example.

You can pause and continue with the Space bar.
But there is no way to open or close Read Aloud from the keyboard.

You can open and start it with Cmd-Option-R / Ctrl-Alt-R. That doesn't close the controller, though it probably should. We can consider simplifying the shortcut to R.

It would be useful indeed to use the same shortcut also to close the controller.

Now just R or L in the latest beta, and it will open and close.

The shortcuts break typing the letters R or L in the search box of the reader, as reported here:

Same for the search boxes in the Sidebar (Search Annotations & Search Outline).
