Upgrade StorageWeb Library gone - restoring possible?
Hello everyone,
when accessing the web library of our Zotero-Account we noticed, that all contents were gone – is there a way, to restore the library from any kind of Zotero storage?
We were able to restore some entries via a local backup but since most people accessing the library use the web version only, the main part of the library is missing.
Any help is highly appreciated!!

The entries we currently have are those restored from a local backup. However, an additional collection containing all entries created after 2022 is still missing (hundreds of entries as well). We also don't know why they disappeared in the first place.
