Zotero 9 is amazing, but the plugin documentation is becoming a "scavenger hunt"

The recent Zotero 9 update is absolutely fantastic, bringing a lot of exciting and powerful new features. As a developer, I’m genuinely thrilled to see Zotero constantly improving and becoming more robust.

However, it’s no secret that the thriving community of third-party plugins is a massive part of what makes Zotero so competitive and beloved by users. But as plugin developers, we are facing a major hurdle.

Could anyone point me to where the comprehensive plugin development reference or migration guide is?

Lately, it feels like whenever we try to adapt our plugins to a new major release, the vast majority of our effort isn't actually spent on coding—it's spent on trying to find the right guides, hunting down API changes, or reverse-engineering the core code.

As a perfect example of this issue: the only official guide I've found so far that is actually somewhat helpful for plugin migration is this page:
https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/zotero_8_for_developers

Ironically, this link is nowhere to be found on the main Developer Support index (https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/start). I literally had to stumble upon it via a random Google search.

We love contributing to this ecosystem, but having a centralized, up-to-date, and discoverable developer guide would save us countless hours of digging. Are there any plans to organize these resources better so we don't have to rely on Google searches to find hidden Wiki pages?

Thanks in advance for any pointers!
