Lost pdf

Hi,

I dont know why, I don't know how but I losted a lot of documents (pdf, ppt...) on my PC but also on the web.
I don't know if it is possible to recover them and how... If you have any ideas on how to understand why and recover my documents.

    If you're referring to your personal library, an item was deleted a few days ago, but otherwise nothing has been deleted since January.

    You have various items in the trash in one of your group libraries.
