File sync error is not responding to re-synch or re-start-up

    How long has this been happening? The download — or the post-download processing — is timing out after 30 seconds, despite it being a small (<2 MB) PDF file. It's possible this is due to security software on your system.

    If you want to see the item in question, you can paste A4Y97VL7 into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in one of your group libraries.

    If you're running any non-standard security software, you should check its logs.
  • I'm 90% sure this is because I was bulk uploading PDFs. Is this a 'prove you're not a robot' block?

    I tried logging in to the Zotero website, hoping it would recognize me again and let me continue. That didn't work. Any other ideas?
