Upgrade StorageFeature requests: timestamp fields for Video/Audio Recording, Podcast, and TV/Radio Broadcast
It is quite common to want to cite a specific *extract* from audiovisual material rather than the full audiovisual material.
The British University Film and Video Council used to provide an AudioVisual Citation guide, that is now only available via the WayBackMachine: https://web.archive.org/web/20160329205448/http://bufvc.ac.uk/wp-content/media/2013/03/BUFVC-AV-Citation-ONLINE.pdf
My understanding is that the CSL spec already supports such locators: https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specification.html?highlight=timestamp#locators
Would it be possible for Zotero's to add those fields? Happy to try and implement the feature if I am given pointers onto where to look.
