Simplest way for 2 separate databases?

Hi
I have used Zotero for years, and have a very large database which I do not sync in any way (I do make backups tho :) )

I use Zotero mainly in Windows (Work) but my database is also accessible in Linux, both via the respective app. But, if at all possible I would like a Windows based solution (YUK!)

Now, I am involved in a 'committee' and would like to have a completely separate Zotero account and instance, which will be synced in some way with the other members

What is the currently, easiest and safest way to make the second account/instance
Best would be using the app in Windows with switching between accounts, but could also be existing in app and new in webapp. Or anything else that will work

Or perhaps I dont need a separate instance/account and can sync / share only a given folder?

Any way that will solve my usage case will make me happy
