zotero connector not saving

Once a month since I started using Zotero, the zotero connector stops saving my articles. I have tried restarting the system, uninstalling/reinstalling the program, updating to the most recent version, and all of the trouble shooting options. Can someone please help me? I write 2-3 papers (5-15 pages in length) and have come to rely on Zotero though it has not been completely reliable in moments like these.

That's a Report ID. You provided a Debug ID the first time, but it needs to be for reloading the page and trying to save.
