Zotero cannot sync with the webdave

Hello,

I have uploaded the attachments to WebDAV from computer A. But I have a problem when trying to sync the files to computer B. Could you please help me? I have checked all the steps, and everything seems okay.

    Something on your computer — file permissions or security software — is preventing Zotero from writing to its data directory.

    I have checked the storage folder, and it has enabled all the access to the users. The security software also should not affect; what else can I check? should I empty the whole folder and sync with ane empty folder?
    It is quite annoying because it starts syncing for nearly 30 minutes every time I open Zotero,but ends up doing nothing.

    All we can tell you is that Zotero is getting an access-denied error. That's not a problem in Zotero itself.
  • It is solved automatically after updating to Zotero 9.0 ;)
