You should ask the Zutilo developer to upgrade the plugin.

You may have to download and install by hand last version. Yesterday, when it was already released on GitHub, Zotero didn't detect it when I tried Check for Updates

Thank you, thank you! I am very glad that Zutilo`s developer updated the code, which is now compatible with Zotero 9!
