Why I can’t add nothing no more

I got this D265432368 problem ID number because everytime I use the « magic wand » I can’t add no book on my library there’s always a error message. I try manually and it’s the same thing! Plz help

    The magic wand? Do you mean "Add by Identifier" on iOS? You provided a Debug ID from the iOS app.
