Upgrade StorageFeature request: Look up reference in PDF
Very often, I will want to follow a reference in a PDF, but there’s no easy way to do so in Zotero. The only workflow seems to be to copy the reference, switch to a web browser, paste the reference into search, find the reference, then import it into Zotero.
Surely a better way to do this can be made! I can’t even seem to find a plugin which will help with this.

It lets you search for the references in the file, and you can then over them to see abstract and other information (and import to zotero, on the bottom right corner, not seen in the screenshot below):
