NotebookLM to Zotero Importation

Zotero has been a great productivity tool in my research workflow. This week, Google Chrome webstore approved my NotebookLM to Zotero Chrome extension. The extension allows you to import your sources (including your chats) to Zotero with just one click.

It's my great pleasure to contribute to this community in my own little way. The to installing the extension is attached below. I hope you all find it useful

Thank you
  • Thank you. I am wondering if it's possible to go the other way as well... to export my Zotero library to Notebook LM?

    Hi @rath.helen

I added a plugin (the one @damnation linked - thanks for linking it!) for exactly that.

Right now, it supports exporting URLs and PDFs from Zotero to NotebookLM. I recommend having PDFs on the items you export, since some URLs may trigger bot detection on some of the websites. With this, you can also export your text notes created on NotebookLM back to Zotero (similar to how NotebookLM to Zotero chrome extension does).

NZBridge is both available as a zotero plugin and extension (yet to be approved - should be available on edge extension store in the next few days, but you can add the plugin unpacked)

Looking to add more features in the future, to export more than just the text notes!
