Cannot configure WebDAV in Zotero

Hello, this may be a silly question, but I am trying to setup syncing with WebDAV in zotero 8.0.4 on Arch Linux (zotero-bin build from arch user repository) and it looks like there is no option to configure webDAV. I go to Edit -> Settings -> sync and it only has a username and password field, but no reset tab or Sync provider menu. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is this a build specific issue? If anyone could give insight to this I would appreciate it!

You have to set up data syncing before you can configure file syncing.

Hello, I have the same problem. Data Syncing is the thing I want to do. There doesn't seem to be the same option that is listed in the wiki - to enter a URL for the webdav server used.

Is it the case that newer versions simply force zotero users to use the zotero cloud to sync?

From that page:

To set up Zotero syncing, you first need to set up data syncing (for item metadata, notes, and the full-text content) using your zotero.org username and password. After you link your Zotero account with the Zotero client program, you will see settings for managing data syncing and file syncing.

Zotero has always worked like this.
