I am familiar with the proxy settings documentation for the Connector (https://www.zotero.org/support/connector_preferences), but is there a way to prevent Zotero from capturing proxy info in the saved URL? The documentation suggests that the setting adds the proxy info to sites added. However, I typically access databases via my proxy, but do not want the proxy info in the metadata.



Instead of:
https://www-jstor-org.ezproxy.my.school.edu/stable/41388926
this:
https://www.jstor.org/stable/41388926

Sometimes it captures the proxy information and sometimes it doesn't and I do not understand why?

What am I missing? Thank you for your patience.
