Adding "# of pages" field to Report Item Type

Is there a way to include a page count in the Item Type Report? Report fields are limited to "Pages" (as in page ranges). I tried to add a page count in the Extra field, but it didn't work.

    number-of-pages: 255

    However, very few citation styles will have this programmed in, so you'd need to modify it.

    I also noticed the missing "number of pages" field as default in the item type "report" and am wondering, whether this is a mixup on the development side? Perhaps, am I missing something here, but in case of reports - other than, e.g. book chapters - I am more interested in their length (e.g. in order to distinguish between a short or long version) rather than their page range.
    Since a lot of people won't notice the difference between the two fields, the mistake translates to "p. 24" in the reference list instead of "24 p.", which does make a difference and can be misleading.

    This has been the case for many years and am pretty sure this was a mistake originally. I agree number of pages would be the better field, but not sure how Zotero devs feel about making that change after so many years.
