unable to see emails

hi I'm a student trying to use Zotero for school reasons but i am unable to use it when I try to use the site it takes me to and most of the time keeps me at this page along with that, I am unable to receive emails from Zotero my email is [removed — D.S.]

    Many reset emails have been sent out to your email address and haven't bounced. Check your spam folder or talk to your mail server administrator.
