[Read Aloud] Conflicting shortcut H

The shortcut H is already assigned (though in a broken way) to the Hand Tool.
So highlighting also activates the Hand Tool.

The conflict was fixed in Zotero 9.0-beta.9. Additionally, Hand Tool shortcuts are now mapped to View --> Hand Tool menu. Press H to activate Hand Tool mode, and press H or S to deactivate it (the S key ensures consistency with Firefox). Furthermore, the cursor now displays a grab icon when Hand Tool mode is active.

All is working nicely now in the latest beta.
