iOS Debug Log: D198423157 Can not sync the contents in some folders

I have created several subfolders in my library and added some literature to them. These folders and their contents can be synced between two Windows PCs without issue. On my iPad, I can see the folders, but even after multiple sync attempts, they remain empty—the files inside are not appearing.

Can you share some screenshots (here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread) that show the items in the web library and what you see on iOS?

If the items are in subcollections rather than the parent collections, make sure you have Show Items from Subcollections enabled in the iOS app settings.

After several more attempts to refresh the collection page, I noticed error messages appearing in the bottom-left corner of the iPad screen. I couldn't capture the exact wording because they vanished so quickly, but the errors were definitely related to API and some connection timeouts.
