Upgrade Storagean not add citations to existing word document
I have been adding citations with no issues. All of a sudden I can not add citations. Reloading the word plug-in did not recover, I would like to ask if this is the zotero 8 itself?

dstillman Zotero TeamNo, it’s not Zotero 8. If it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for the existing document.

csfxcThank you very much for your explanation. The problem I'm currently facing is that after clicking the Word plugin, the Zotero function for inserting citations does not activate, and no prompt is displayed. How should I handle this situation?
