No tag selector icon on toolbar

I have been missing my tag selector icon on the toolbar for quite a while now; there is nothing to the left of the gear/Action icon (until you get all the way over to New Group). I thought it might reappear with an upgrade but it hasn't. I am able to access the tag selector through the shortcut key, but that sometimes doesn't work (true of other shortcut keys as well), so I would like to be able to click on the icon!

Any ideas?

    The tag selector button was dropped in a recent update in favor of a toggle on the tag selector itself. At the bottom of the collections column you should see either a single dot or three dots. Those dots function to show or hide the tag selector.

    You can also just drag the tag selector open and closed using that splitter.
