Where are the annotations in the items list?

The documentation for Zotero 8 specifies:

>Annotations you make on PDFs, EPUBs, and webpage snapshots now show up under their parent attachments in the items list.

However, they don't seem to appear for me, even though I've added them under Z8. See screenshot below.

What am I missing?

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

No. Try resetting your column settings. You can see from the announcement screenshot that there should be an arrow to expand the attachment.

Right, so it was probably a plugin.

(Troubleshooting Mode involves a restart, so I'm not sure what you mean by "after a restart"…)

How could it have been a plugin? I restarted with all plugins enabled, and then the feature worked.

I restarted in troubleshooting mode --> no difference.
I restarted again with all plugins enabled --> feature works.

Do the annotations have to be made in Zotero 8 for them to appear this way, or do annotations made in Zotero 7 also appear in the items list?
