Zotero not working on Laptop (2)
Hi
I wrote a note on this forum about this same problem earlier today. I could not get Zotero to function at all on my computer. I did an uninstall and a reinstall and that appeared to fix the problem. However it has just occurred again. While I expect I can temporarily fix this the same way, there is surely something more serious wrong if the problem keeps recurring. I'd be very pleased if someone with more knowledge than me would have a think about this.
I have an HP (Windows) laptop, and the lack of function is present for all 3 browsers that I use. I did very recently upgrade to Zotero 8. I did an uninstall and reinstall this morning and Zotero worked for some hours before "freezing" again.
Cheers and thanks.

adomasven Zotero Team@Auliann This seems like an OS issue. Does restarting your computer help? If you force close Zotero (e.g. in task manager), and reopen, is it still frozen? What is the full version number of Windows that you are running?
