Zotero Plug in file not valid

When I open MS word in my laptop, the zotero for word add ins tab suddenly disappear. I checked in the add ins menu, and its dissabled. I try to activate it manually via add ins menu, reinstall via setting->cite menu, even try reinstalling zotero, but nothing changes. Every time I want to activate the add in a comment pop up: "libzoteroWinWordIntegration.dll is not a valid Office add ins" and "Zotero.dotm is not a valid Office add ins".
What should I do?

    Can you provide some screenshots of the error messages you're receiving and explain exactly what you're doing to trigger them? I don't think we've ever seen the error messages you're reporting, so either you're doing something odd here or there's something very strange about your Word setup. Is this an institutional computer or a personal one?

    You should go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, confirm that Zotero is completely gone from Word, and then follow the steps under Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear to reinstall it. Don't do anything else that we haven't documented there.
