Changing In-text Style

Hi, I am using APA 7 format but the default in-text format seems to be (Author, date). It becomes messy if I want to cite a website. I want to know if there's a way to change it to boxed numbers (either [] or ()) with the Zotero plugin in Word?

You mean [1] or (1)?

Hi, I mean [1]. The relevant style for in-text that I am looking at is similar to this (American Psychological Association 7th edition (numeric, brackets)), but this version too has the in-text citation superscripted. Is there any other version that doesn't have it superscripted?

There are versions of AMA, CSE, and NLM (Vancouver) with brackets not in superscript.
