Zotero connector cannot import PDF form EBSCOhost
I'm experiencing an issue importing PDFs using the Zotero Connector in the new EBSCOhost user interface. PDFs are now embedded in the individual record page. On that page, the Zotero Connector appears as expected (journal article icon), and using it imports the metadata as expected. However, gives the red X error (X Full Text PDF) rather than importing the PDF. If there is an open access version of the article, that does get pulled in, which is what I would expect. Because I can't get Zotero to import the EBSCOhost PDF, I don't know whether the OA option would override the EBSCO one, which would not be desirable either. I tried going to the "fully featured reading view" now offered by EBSCOhost, but it's not a typical PDF reader, so it also fails to import. I have updated the translators. Please let me know what other details you need to help diagnose this, if what I've included isn't sufficient!

Could you post both a couple of URLs (which won't work for us but will be helpful to figure out structure and what you're looking at) and some specific works that you're accessing (author, title, data should be sufficient)

Switch back to the record view page while leaving the developer tools open in the background. Click the Download button, leave the settings as they are, and choose Download.
Once the PDF is downloaded, switch back to the the developer tools window and click this button:

Hopefully there'll be something in there that can help me figure out why EBSCO is behaving differently for you!
It still isn't totally clear how your EBSCO instance differs from the ones we've been testing with, so I added some more debug logging just in case. If it still isn't working, could you provide another Connector Debug ID from the record view?
