Style Error: APA 7th edition

Zotero for Parenthetical citations give me (Title, year) and not (Name of the dictionary, year)

ex. source: https://www.treccani.it/enciclopedia/funzioni-esecutive_(Dizionario-di-Medicina)/

In word (as parenthetical citation) Zotero gives me: (Funzioni esecutive, 2010) instead of (Treccani, 2010)

At some point the corrected style will hopefully show up in Zotero. In the meantime you can download the file to which I linked and open it in Zotero to test the updated version.

Sadly, it does not change :(
Maybe I did something wrong?
I saved the link on desktop and opened it with Zotero. It asked me if I wanted to Update the existing "American Psychological Association 7th edition" style to "American Psychological Association 7th edition" of this link and I said yes. Then I opened Zotero and refreshed the page with the citation, but it did not change.
