Please remove personal emails from CSL style metadata (European Accounting Review)

Hi,

I’m one of the contributors listed in the CSL style “European Accounting Review”.
I would like to request the removal of all email addresses from the metadata section of that style, for privacy reasons.

To distinguish yourself from other contributors without advertising your email address, you might consider adding a link to your ORCID ID using the <uri> element. Obviously however this is your choice.

(That said, it's unusual to list author names for a dependent style; @damnation what if we simply remove them all for consistency? There are only 69 dependent styles with an <author>.)

Thanks! I’m fine with whichever option you think is best — either removing all email addresses from the metadata, or removing the style entirely if that makes more sense.

@ninnofiore Author names have now been removed from dependent styles (essentially treating them as collections of metadata).

The update is for the version on Github. Zotero usually updates those within an hour, but might take a bit longer since it was a large batch.
