Error report ID 1942563247 - frozen library

Local Zotero Library frozen, not loading. Sync rolling (says not synced for 2 days), Have a rather large library and had started clean up - worked well after clean up until 2 days ago. Please advise. Thank you,

    You're running a version of Zotero from June. You should start by installing the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.

    If you're still having trouble after that, we'd want to see a Debug ID for Zotero startup through five minutes of not touching anything, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
  • Thank for your reply. We re-installed Zotero. However, it is still not loading and getting this error message:
