PDFs not being automatically attached.

Since I setup Zotmoov, PDFs are no longer attaching to items.

I deleted Zotmoov.
I deleted Google Drive (the cloud drive that I was using)
I deleted Zotero.
I deleted the Zotero data directory.
I removed Google Drive from my desktop.

I reinstalled Zotero.
Note: Despite deleting the data directory, after re-install all my data remains.

Nothing resolves this issue.

Any ideas for next steps?

When you say "not being automatically attached" do you mean a journal article not being automatically downloaded/attached by the Zotero web connector when on a journal article web page ? The only Zotero setting necessary to do that is in General Settings: "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items". And of course unless the journal is "open access", you need authorized access to the journal's PDFs (eg via your institution).*

Or do you mean something else ?

In any case, see the information on the exact problem that is needed:
    https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems#provide_steps_to_reproduce

    * Zotmoov has no effect on that downloading process - it only moves PDFs *after* they have been downloaded/attached by Zotero. And their new location is then stored in the Zotero database. That new location remains in the database unless the "linked" file is converted back to a "stored" file by Zotero.
  • "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items" is on.

And upon further testing, I am just realizing that the problem is only occurring for JSTOR.

Zotero is now only downloading a snapshot and not the PDFs. PDFs are downloaded from other Publisher's sites, such as EBSCO.
  • Oh, we can close.
When 'Automatically take snapshots...' is checked it (suddenly?) does not allow JSTOR PDFs to be downloaded.
But if I uncheck, I lose the ability to take snapshots for other sites...
