I used Infinicloud to synchronize Zotero's files, but I couldn't establish a connection recently. I found out that the Infinicloud email verification had expired, but after verifying again, I still couldn't synchronize.

  • Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through triggering Verify Server, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

  • Zotero can't establish a secure connection to the WebDAV server. Generally this would be a problem with the server, but that doesn't appear to be the case here.

    You're also getting another strange error that may point to a problem with your Zotero profile folder, so you could try creating a new Zotero profile and trying to verify the server there. (You can unlink your sync account before it actually syncs. If it works in the new profile, we can help you fix your original profile.)

  • Nice, I created a new Zotero configuration file correctly. Now the infinicloud synchronization problem has been solved. Thank you very much for your help
  • Can you try deleting key4.db, cert9.db, and pkcs11.txt in the old profile and see if it works after starting Zotero with that profile?
  • I did it,the infinicloud synchronization of Zotero can work as usual. Now can I return to the default folder and continue to use it? Can I permanently delete the new folder?
