Hello, I am unable to use Zotero Connector today

I am using the Google Chrome browser kernel, and today when I opened it, I found that the connector only showed that I could access this website. There was no response after using it alone, and I entered "Chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/ preferences/preferences.html" The specific settings are not displayed, only the General and Advanced frameworks are available. I am unable to use them now and have restarted my browser and the zotero software and reinstalling the plugin, it is still ineffective. How can I solve this problem? Thank you

This is either caused by browser configuration (or misconfiguration), or another extension interfering with the Zotero Connector.

You need to reset your browser user profile, or create a new one, and/or try disabling other extensions that are running alongside Zotero Connector.

You're likely running a very old version of Chrome. You should update and see if the issue persists.

My version of Chrome is 118.0.5993.159. The records of Zotero show that it worked well in October 24th at least, so I wonder whether there is an update these days causing this problem suddenly.

The current version is 142. Chrome 118 is from October 2023.
